About The Position

Mullinax Automotive is hiring an Automotive Used Car Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The role includes work on steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems. Technicians use checklists, computerized diagnostic equipment, and visual inspections to thoroughly identify problems and complete repairs accurately. They also participate in manufacturer training to stay current with changes in technology and processes. The schedule will be discussed during the interview. The position is full-time and offers an air-conditioned work environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must provide own tools.
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
Strong time-management skills.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed, including items weighing up to 75 pounds.
Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
Must pass a background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities
