About The Position

Mullinax Automotive is hiring an Automotive Used Car Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The work includes steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Technicians follow checklists to thoroughly inspect vehicle parts and systems, identify mechanical and electrical problems using computerized diagnostic equipment and visual inspection, and complete repairs accurately. The role also involves participating in manufacturer training to stay informed about changes in technology and processes. The schedule will be discussed during the interview. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide own tools.
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
• Strong time management skills.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed, including items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
• Must pass background screening and drug test.
