About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Used Car Manager for Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. The role manages all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing. The position involves leading used car sales associates, addressing customer concerns, maintaining dealership policies and vehicle delivery standards, and overseeing vehicle reconditioning and online listings.

Requirements

• Experience as an Automotive Dealership Used Car Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

• Previous high-volume experience and a record of producing high unit sales per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing.
• Hire, train, and effectively lead used car sales associates.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards for vehicle delivery to customers.
• Ensure sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, subordinates, and other management.
• Oversee proper and efficient vehicle reconditioning and posting vehicle photos online.
• Use internet and retail tools such as V-auto and E-carlist.
