About The Position

Hertrich Ford Lincoln of Milford is hiring an experienced automotive dealership manager for a regional opportunity within its growing dealership network. The role focuses on used vehicle operations and inventory performance, vehicle appraisals and acquisitions, pricing, reconditioning and merchandising, deal structuring and desking, and supporting retail sales growth and dealership profitability. The position offers an aggressive pay plan with bonuses and benefits, with career advancement opportunities across the dealership group. Dealership experience is required; the schedule is flexible and includes weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and knowledge of dealership operations.
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management.
• Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying or appraising experience preferred.
• Desking experience is a strong plus.
• OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing.
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes.
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale or liquidation activity.
• Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams.
