About The Position

Hertrich Ford Lincoln of Milford is hiring an experienced automotive dealership manager for its growing dealership network. The role focuses on used vehicle operations, inventory performance, vehicle appraisals and acquisitions, pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, and structuring and desking deals to maximize profitability. The manager will also monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale or liquidation activity, support retail sales growth and dealership objectives, and collaborate with sales leadership and management teams. Dealership experience is required. The position offers an aggressive pay plan with bonuses and benefits, as well as potential career advancement across Hertrich’s 24-dealership organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive management experience.
• Dealership experience required.
• Strong leadership and knowledge of dealership operations.
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management.
• Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying and appraising experience preferred.
• Desking experience is a strong plus.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
