About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent position with a multi-site outpatient urgent care group serving North Carolina and Tennessee. The position is based in Northshore, Tennessee, and offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and a high-functioning urgent care environment focused on patient care.

The physician will provide outpatient urgent care to patients ranging from 6 months old through adulthood. The practice focuses on episodic care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures. On-site services include a CLIA-approved lab and digital X-ray, with additional provider support added as patient volume increases. The EMR is Experity.

Scheduling is flexible, with a 3–4 day work week and block scheduling available. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Requirements

• Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician.
• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• ACLS required.
• DEA required.
• DOT Certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Civil Surgeon designation required or willingness to obtain.
• CAQH registration required.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care visits.
• Perform school, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals.
• Administer vaccinations.
• Interpret X-rays and laboratory results.
• Perform minor procedures under local anesthesia.
