About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent outpatient urgent care position in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a multi-site urgent care group operating in North Carolina and Tennessee. The role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and an environment designed to let providers focus on patient care.

The physician will treat patients from 6 months of age through adulthood in an outpatient urgent care setting. The practice focuses on episodic care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures. The clinic uses the Experity EMR and provides on-site CLIA-approved laboratory services and digital X-ray. Additional provider support will be added as patient volume increases.

Requirements

• Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician.
• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• ACLS required.
• DEA required.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain it.
• Civil Surgeon designation required or willingness to obtain it.
• CAQH registration required.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care visits.
• Perform school, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals.
• Provide vaccinations.
• Interpret X-rays and laboratory results.
• Perform minor procedures under local anesthesia.
