About The Position

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring a Unit Manager/Infection Preventionist to manage nursing functions provided in the facility according to specified duties or direction. The role also plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, coordinates, and directs the facility’s infection control program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing care facilities.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in Colorado.
• Nurse management experience required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility required.
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, coordinate, and direct the infection control program in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
