About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to support customer satisfaction at a larger customer’s premises. The primary responsibility is distributing uniforms to the customer’s employees. This independent role requires making decisions to maintain high levels of customer service, including decisions about product quality requirements. The Attendant must follow applicable Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures, be a team player, and have basic computer knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Office or clerical work experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions to support customer service.
• Ability to be a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Professional laundry experience.
• Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms to the customer’s employees.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns face to face.
• Maintain and stock inventory.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Deliver products to various locations within the customer’s facility.
• Order and label new garments.
• Organize the room for garment handout.
• Maintain a record of daily transactions.
• Make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service, including decisions about product quality requirements.
• Adhere to Cintas’ and the customer’s applicable safety programs and procedures.
