About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to support customer satisfaction at a larger customer’s premises. The primary responsibility is distributing uniforms to the customer’s employees. This independent position requires sound decision-making to maintain high levels of customer service, including decisions about product quality. The Attendant must adhere to applicable Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures, be a team player, and have basic computer knowledge.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Office or clerical work experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service.
Team-player attitude.

Nice To Haves

Professional laundry experience.
Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.

Responsibilities

Distribute uniforms to customer employees.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns in person.
Maintain and stock inventory.
Perform minor repairs.
Deliver products to various locations within the customer’s facility.
Order and label new garments.
Organize the room for garment handout.
Maintain a record of daily transactions.
Make decisions that support customer service and determine whether products meet quality requirements.
Follow applicable Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures.
