About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to help ensure customer satisfaction for larger customers. The position is located on the customer's premises, where the primary responsibility is distributing uniforms to the customer's employees. This independent role requires sound decision-making to maintain high levels of customer service, including decisions about product quality requirements. The Attendant must be a team player, have basic computer knowledge, and follow applicable Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Office or clerical work experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Professional laundry experience.
• Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms to the customer's employees.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns face to face.
• Maintain and stock inventory.
• Make minor repairs.
• Deliver products to various locations within the customer's facility.
• Order and label new garments.
• Organize the room for garment handout.
• Maintain a record of daily transactions.
• Make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service, including decisions regarding product quality requirements.
• Adhere to applicable Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures.
