About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to support customer satisfaction at a larger customer’s premises. The attendant distributes uniforms to the customer’s employees and independently makes decisions to maintain high levels of customer service, including decisions about product quality requirements. The position also requires following Cintas’ and the customer’s applicable safety programs and procedures, being a team player, and having basic computer knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Office or clerical work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions to support high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Professional laundry experience.
• Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms to the customer’s employees.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns in person.
• Maintain and stock inventory.
• Make minor repairs.
• Deliver products to various locations within the customer’s facility.
• Order and label new garments.
• Organize the room for garment handout.
• Maintain records of daily transactions.
• Make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service, including decisions regarding product quality requirements.
• Follow Cintas’ and the customer’s applicable safety programs and procedures.
