About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program provides a firsthand experience of working at Fidelity full-time, with a focus on creating a sense of belonging and community, while delivering critical training and development for future associates. Interns can expect professional and financial development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events. This specific role involves being a front-facing client intern, shadowing associates, listening to calls, and eventually taking calls to build customer-facing experience. The internship aims to build confidence and client relationships, and could lead to full-time roles in sales or customer service.

Requirements

Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience through a phone interaction
Effective communication
Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
A strong interest in financial services and/or getting FINRA licenses post-graduation
Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
Current college student undergraduate who will return to coursework after their summer internship
Availability for entire 10-week program from June 7th, 2027 - August 13th, 2027
