About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program aims to provide students with a firsthand experience of working at Fidelity full-time, fostering a sense of belonging and community while delivering critical training and development for future associates. Interns can expect to participate in professional and financial development sessions, including exclusive webinars on career and personal growth, sessions with senior leaders, professional communication workshops, well-being strategies, and financial literacy workshops. An opt-in mentorship program connects interns with experienced professionals for guidance. The program also includes regional events for networking with leaders and fellow interns, as well as social outings.

Requirements

Mathematics, Actuarial Science or quantitative subject major preferred
Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, along with analytical and problem-solving skills
A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations while being inventive and prioritizing responsibilities
Critical thinking skills
Current college student undergraduate who will return to coursework after their summer internship
Availability for entire 10-week program from June 7th – August 13th, 2027

Responsibilities

Provide advice to clients regarding their benefit programs with an initial emphasis in defined benefit plans.
Develop financial, business, and consultative skills.
Work with Senior Associates Consultants.
