About The Position
The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program aims to provide students with a firsthand experience of working at Fidelity full-time, fostering a sense of belonging and community, while delivering critical training and development for future associates. The program includes Professional & Financial Development Sessions with exclusive webinars on career and personal growth, senior leader insights, professional communication, workplace well-being, and financial literacy. An opt-in mentorship program connects interns with experienced professionals for guidance. Regional events are organized to build connections with leaders and fellow interns through engaging onsite experiences and social outings.

- Comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot tables
