2027 Undergraduate Summer Internship Program
About The Position
Rising Juniors and Seniors are invited to apply for a summer internship, which is designed to offer interdisciplinary training across the core areas of the Real Estate business. Our Summer Interns spend 10 weeks working with a Tishman Speyer team in one of our functional areas. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on real estate experience, while contributing in a meaningful way to Tishman Speyer’s business. In addition to the day-to-day support you receive from colleagues and peers, a number of asset tours and team building events deepen your engagement in the real estate industry and Tishman Speyer’s culture.
Requirements
- Strong desire to pursue a career in real estate
- General finance, accounting, real estate coursework (advanced real estate finance coursework preferred)
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency, enhance work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
- Maturity, professionalism, and good judgment
- Interest and flexibility to work in different functions
- Knowledge of real estate investment market
Benefits
- The compensation for the full-time summer internship is $1,000/ week.
