Arlington/Roe's Summer Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on learning, professional development, and exposure to a variety of career opportunities within the insurance industry. The Arlington/Roe summer internship program is designed to help students understand what it takes to be a managing general agent and wholesale insurance broker in the Excess & Surplus Lines marketplace. The intern will have the opportunity to learn from underwriters, brokers, company representatives, agents and management during the internship. The internship program includes rotational learning through our variety of specialty divisions, learning a variety of functions. Our internship program is in-person and generally lasts 8-10 weeks with a start date beginning of June to mid-August. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This is a compensated internship. Housing accommodations will be offered, if applicable based on location.
