About The Position

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and help create memorable guest experiences. Duties may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other related housekeeping responsibilities. Associates are expected to work safely, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and keep their uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional. They also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
