About The Position

The Turndown Attendant prepares guest rooms for evening service, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment in accordance with Four Seasons standards. The role emphasizes attention to detail, anticipating guest preferences, and providing personalized service. It is part of the Housekeeping team and reports to the Housekeeping Management team.

The position is full-time and involves evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of related experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Service a designated number of occupied rooms during evening shifts and prepare them for turndown.
• Replace used towels, refresh bathrooms, and ensure surfaces are clean and presentable.
• Prepare beds for evening comfort, adjust lighting, close drapes, and create a relaxing room ambiance.
• Carefully handle and organize guest belongings, including folding clothing when appropriate.
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas.
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries and in-room supplies.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests as needed.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties when required, including servicing late check-out rooms.
• Keep housekeeping carts and linen closets stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate preferences to management.
• Support other housekeeping functions during high-volume periods.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
