About The Position

The Turndown Attendant provides evening housekeeping services at Conrad Indianapolis, helping create memorable guest experiences. The role includes preparing rooms for the evening, maintaining cleanliness, responding to guest requests, and supporting other housekeeping operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences such as filling ice buckets, and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
