About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean and tidy guest rooms and delivering warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes cleaning assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, maintaining housekeeping supplies, responding courteously to guest requests, and disposing of waste in designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
