About The Position

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Property Operations Supervisor to join its Engineering team. The supervisor oversees and supports daily property maintenance to keep the facility safe and functional while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The 23-story hotel has 247 guest rooms, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, two food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and a hotel spa. The role includes leading property operations team members, responding to maintenance requests, carrying out repairs, supporting team development, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting preventive maintenance inspections, and documenting work.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations team members in daily facility maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities, systems, and grounds.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member work orders and emergency requests involving malfunctioning machinery or equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Assist the Director/Manager with training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating property operations team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention regulations.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly and identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
