About The Position

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Room Service Server to join its In-Room Dining Team. The role delivers food and beverage orders and memorable guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting. The server prepares trays and tables, assists with order-taking and room-service calls, delivers orders to guest rooms or meeting rooms, processes payments, and complies with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively make meal experiences special.
• Set up room-service trays and tables in advance for timely delivery.
• Assist with taking orders and respond to room-service phone calls.
• Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
• Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
