About The Position

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join its housekeeping team. The role maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public spaces while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. The hotel is a 23-story property with 247 guest rooms, meeting space, food and beverage outlets, a spa, and connections to downtown Indianapolis venues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain designated public areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—through daily cleaning.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, and empty trash.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and promptly resolve service requests.
• Assist with guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests as needed.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
