About The Position

At Great Wolf, the Public Area Attendant helps ensure the Lodge’s overall atmosphere meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. The role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the resort, communicating professionally and courteously with guests, delivering requested items to guestrooms, and assisting with guestroom cleaning as needed. The position pays $15 per hour and offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience handling cleaning chemicals.
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas, including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark areas, elevators, windows, and doors.
Keep elevator areas free of debris.
Empty waste receptacles in common areas.
Read and understand material safety data sheets for chemicals and use chemicals according to directions.
Report maintenance issues in public areas.
Operate the trash compactor and cardboard baler.
Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Deliver requested items to guestrooms and return items to storage as necessary.
Assist with guestroom cleaning as needed.
