Tubing Attendant - Ski Resort
About The Position
As a Tubing Attendant, you will help ensure guests have a fun and safe tubing experience. You will assist with loading and unloading tubes, monitor the tubing lanes, and help maintain the overall flow of the tubing area. Requirements
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and perform physical tasks such as shoveling and standing for long periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Monitor tubing lanes to ensure safety and enforce rules.
- Help guests load and unload from the tubing lift/conveyor.
- Maintain the tubing area by shoveling snow, setting up safety barriers, and inspecting conditions.
- Answer guest questions and offer assistance while providing excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a fun and safe environment.
