About The Position
Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned ski destination in New Hampshire with 1,650 feet of vertical and a history dating back to 1959. The Ski Lift Attendant works on the front lines of the guest experience, helping skiers and riders load and unload lifts safely, keeping lines moving, and ensuring guests have a positive ride to the summit. The role emphasizes safety, friendliness, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Prior lift experience is preferred; the employer will train suitable candidates.
- Must be able to ski or snowboard, preferred, or be comfortable working around equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay on one's feet in winter conditions.
- Comfort working outdoors in extreme winter weather.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide helpful, friendly service at the lifts.
- Assist skiers and riders with loading and unloading lifts safely.
- Monitor lift areas to ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Perform daily lift checks and maintain a clean, organized load/unload zone.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors about lift status or issues.
- Help across the team to keep lift operations running smoothly throughout the day.
- Represent Tenney with positivity, professionalism, and passion for the mountain.
