About The Position

The Lift Operations Attendant is a primary team member responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they use Mountain Creek’s lifts and seasonal lift attractions, including ski lifts and carpets, the Cabriolet, the Alpine Mountain Coaster, and the Colorado Lift. The role helps ensure the safety of guests and equipment while supporting resort operations. Mountain Creek is a four-season resort offering skiing and snowboarding, a bike park, a waterpark, weddings, a mountain coaster, restaurants, and a lodge. The position reports to the Lift Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
• Proven ability to deal effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Operate lifts, including loading and unloading guests and scanning.
• Bump chairs and shovel snow during the season.
• Train guests on proper lift use and best practices and techniques.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations.
• Assist the Supervisor with equipment and grounds maintenance and standard operating procedures as necessary.
