About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Drivers operate local routes and are home every night, while providing friendly, professional service in the communities they serve. The role includes safely operating propane trucks and equipment, following Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety standards, inspecting vehicles, maintaining delivery logs, and helping customers with delivery, account, and propane safety questions. Drivers also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time to new employees. The bonus is paid in installments, requires employment on the payout date, and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Commission or incentive pay may be available depending on the role and plan eligibility.

Requirements

Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain them quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Previous truck driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
