About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a caring and dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client in the comfort of their home. The role focuses on personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines. The caregiver also provides light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to help ensure the client’s home is comfortable and well cared for.

The posting offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees and $500 for part-time employees, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. Caregivers work one-on-one with a client as part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
