About The Position
J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join its recruitment team as 1099 independent contractors. Recruiters connect commercial truck drivers with a Class A CDL to driving opportunities with motor carriers across the nation. They manage their own schedules and candidate pipelines, and earn uncapped commissions for successful driver placements. The position offers flexible hours and may be pursued on a full-time or part-time basis. Compensation is commission-only, with earnings of $500 or more per placement and no cap on total earnings. Recruiters control their hours and business operations, with consistency recommended for the best income potential. Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking or transportation industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial trucking or transportation, such as CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
