About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The role offers autonomy over the practice schedule, weekly compensation, and client referrals assigned directly to the clinician, without advertising or marketing expenses. Onboarding is expected to take under 30 days.

Psychotherapists provide evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and complete clinical documentation. The role uses an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation capabilities. Candidates need a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office and high-speed internet. Medical malpractice insurance is provided. Client appointments are available across all seven days of the week, until 9:00 PM in the client's local time zone.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
