About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The clinical partners are expanding to meet increased patient demand, including during the holiday season and into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over scheduling, weekly compensation, and client referrals provided directly to the clinician, with no advertising or marketing expenses. Onboarding is described as taking under 30 days. The position includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and use of an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state; examples include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet access.
• Provide a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
