About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The organizations are expanding to meet patient demand during the holiday season and into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and client referrals assigned directly to your calendar, with no advertising or marketing expenses. Onboarding is expected to take under 30 days. Contractors receive medical malpractice insurance and use an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation tools and real-time translation capabilities.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
