About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists as 1099 independent contractors. The position is 100% remote and offers autonomy over scheduling, client referrals provided directly to the clinician, weekly compensation, and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance. Onboarding is intended to take under 30 days. Clinicians use an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools. Client appointments are available across all seven days of the week, until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license that permits independent practice in at least one U.S. state; examples include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, and PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
