About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists as 1099 independent contractors. This is a 100% remote role supporting increased patient demand during the holiday season and continued growth into 2027. Contractors have autonomy over their schedules, receive client referrals directly, and are paid weekly. The role includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and access to an integrated electronic medical record platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools. Onboarding is expected to take less than 30 days.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license that permits independent practice in at least one U.S. state (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
