About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The clinical partners are expanding to meet increased patient demand during the holiday season and continuing into 2027. The role offers autonomy over practice scheduling, weekly compensation, and clients assigned directly to the clinician, without marketing expenses. Contractors can provide appointments across all seven days of the week, with client appointments available until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone. Onboarding is described as fast-track, with a wait time under 30 days and no lengthy credentialing process. The clinical workflow uses an integrated EMR with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation. Employer-provided medical malpractice insurance is included.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license that allows independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
