About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent-contractor positions. Clinical partners are expanding to meet patient demand and prepare for continued growth into 2027. The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and clients assigned directly to your calendar, with no advertising or marketing expenses. Onboarding is expected to take under 30 days. The position includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and an integrated electronic medical record platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state (examples include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
