About The Position
J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join its recruitment team as 1099 independent contractors. Recruiters connect commercial truck drivers (CDL Class A) with driving opportunities across the nation. They manage their own schedules and pipelines and earn uncapped commissions for successful driver placements. The role offers flexible hours, with full-time or part-time capacity available. Compensation is commission-only, starting at $500 per successful placement, with no cap on total earnings. Recruiters control their own hours and business operations, with consistent work recommended for the best income potential. Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
