About The Position

Tempur Sealy is seeking a professional Class A CDL Driver for its Medina, Ohio plant to transport bedding products to customer locations within a designated geographic area. The position uses a day cab unit and includes delivering and unloading products, collecting raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable, conducting vehicle inspections, and representing the company professionally while complying with safety standards and DOT regulations.

Requirements

At least 12 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
No more than one accident or one moving violation in a 12-month period during the last three years.
No DUI, DWI, or DWAI charges in a commercial motor vehicle or personal vehicle within the previous seven years.
No conviction associated with a recordable DOT accident.
No driver's license suspension within the previous seven years due to a moving violation, failure to pay fines, failure to appear, or failure to meet state licensing agency obligations to maintain an active CDL.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Safely transport Tempur Sealy products to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
Deliver and unload products at customer locations.
Pick up raw materials and other backhaul loads when applicable.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Represent Tempur Sealy professionally with customers and the public.
Operate in compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
