About The Position

As a CDL Truck Driver at EMR, you’ll help support daily operations by safely transporting materials and representing the company on the road. The role involves early starts, returning home the same day, and running consistent metro and rural routes. Equipment types include roll-off, lugger, and end dump. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights or weekends. The position is full-time and year-round.

Requirements

• Valid Class A license.
• At least 1 year of Class A driving experience.
• General knowledge of state and federal motor carrier regulations.
• General knowledge of truck and trailer mechanics.
• Strong commitment to safety, dependability, and customer service.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Experience driving in both rural and metro areas.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials safely and efficiently to and from designated locations.
• Receive dispatch information and manage load details using company systems.
• Maintain regular communication with yard staff and dispatch.
• Physically secure loads and assist in unloading.
• Follow all DOT guidelines.
