Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is sought; examples include CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
• Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a remote work structure independently.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
