About The Position
J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, self-driven Truck Driver Recruiters to join its recruitment team as 1099 independent contractors. Recruiters connect commercial truck drivers with CDL Class A qualifications to driving opportunities with motor carriers nationwide. They manage their own schedules and candidate pipelines, guiding drivers through recruitment and onboarding. Compensation is commission-only, starting at $500 or more for each successful placement, with uncapped earning potential. The role offers flexible hours and can be performed at full-time or part-time capacity. J Rose Enterprises provides structured workflows, industry insights, and ongoing operational support.
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking or transportation industry; experience in CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management is identified as a major plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a persuasive personality.
- Comfort using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to independently manage a remote work structure.

Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
- Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
- Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates.
