About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote, 1099 independent contractor positions. The organizations are expanding to meet increased patient demand during the holiday season and into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, with control over availability across all seven days of the week and client appointments available until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone. Client referrals are assigned directly to your calendar, so there is no advertising or marketing overhead. The posting describes fast-track onboarding with a wait of under 30 days, predictable weekly payouts, and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance.

Psychotherapists use an integrated electronic medical records platform with AI-assisted documentation tools and real-time translation capabilities. Candidates must be able to practice independently under a full, active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one U.S. state, and must be prepared to provide evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and complete defensible clinical documentation. A high-speed internet connection, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office, and familiarity with telehealth platforms are also required.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state; examples listed include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, and PhD.
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
