About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The clinical partners are expanding to meet increased patient demand ahead of the holiday season and ongoing growth into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and clients assigned directly to your calendar, with no advertising or marketing expenses. Onboarding is expected to take less than 30 days. The role includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and access to an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet, a secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
