About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 independent contractor positions. The organizations are expanding to address increased patient demand. The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, weekly compensation, and client referrals without marketing responsibilities.

Psychotherapists can set their availability across all seven days of the week, with appointments available until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone. Onboarding is described as taking under 30 days. The position includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and access to an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation capabilities.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state; examples include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have high-speed internet access.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy.
