About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent-contractor positions. Clinical partners are expanding to meet patient demand during the holiday season and into 2027. The role offers autonomy over scheduling, weekly compensation, and client referrals without marketing expenses.

Psychotherapists provide clinical care using evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and complete clinical documentation. The role uses an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation capabilities. The position includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and onboarding with a stated wait time of under 30 days.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, unrestricted clinical license that permits independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection and a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
