About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The driver safely operates a CDL vehicle and provides excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. The role involves operating and maintaining company vehicles in accordance with security and regulatory procedures, delivering orders and completing paperwork, and coordinating with operations staff and customers to support a smooth delivery and retrieval process.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Maintain a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds, averaging 170 pounds.
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders.
• Be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and clear verbal communication.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company CDL vehicles while following security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on time and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records.
• Load and transport orders and drive routes without assistance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to provide excellent service and ensure a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
