About The Position

Restaurant Technologies is hiring a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes. The driver delivers cooking oil to commercial kitchens, makes safe and accurate deliveries, and provides excellent customer service. The role is based at the Stockton, California depot and requires two overnight hotel stays each week. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 2:00 A.M. Pay is $30.00 per hour. Shift differential may apply, and the position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay are available through weekend shifts, tenure, and level-up development programs.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting.
Strong safety mindset.
Safe driving record: limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations in the past 36 months.
No speeding over 100 mph in the past 5 years.
Must pass a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test; positive results for controlled substances, including marijuana, disqualify applicants.
Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED highly preferred.
2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
Bilingual.
Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes.
Safely connect truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
