About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class B Commercial Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The role involves safely operating a CDL vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. The driver operates routes independently and supports timely delivery and retrieval of customer orders while following security and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and have a consistently good driving record.
• Meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and clear verbal communication.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds).
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders.
• Be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company CDL vehicles while following security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on time and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records.
• Load and transport orders and drive assigned routes without assistance.
• Work with the operations team and customers to provide strong customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
